Your project will be overseen by an Architect or senior member of staff suitable to lead a project. Some of the project work will be undertaken by our skilled junior members of staff under the supervision of senior staff members so that we can offer a competitive service. All projects are regularly discussed and reviewed to ensure that quality is maintained and that the project timescale is updated.
Neil Scroxton is the Managing Director and founder of MBA*. With 15 years of "in practice" experience of the private residential, developer lead residential and commercial sectors; Neil is well suited to lead consultant teams within the construction industry and advise clients on best practice.
Chris George holds the position of Director at MBA* and works on projects from inception through to completion. He has over 5 years of experience as a qualified architect and recently won a RIBA award for a residential building. Chris is a valued member of any design team and provides robust support to aid in a project delivery.
Janet holds the position of Associate Director at MBA* and is a qualified architect. Through her work on projects of both a residential and commercial nature from inception to completion, Janet is involved with designing extensions/alterations to existing buildings, new build one off properties and also has involvement in large redevelopment schemes.
Justin France has been with MBA* for over three years and has been a key figure in developing the practice ethos and visual style. He now holds the role of Associate Director. Due to his interpersonal skills and project knowledgebase he makes sure our clients enjoy a high level of care and diligence throughout their project duration.
Gemma Gee handles all of the mba* financial transactions and deals with client invoicing and debt management. She has been fundamental in the development of business standards within the practice and provides our clients with up to date reports of their project position and development.
Chris Scroxton provides management and key strategic development support to the mba* team. He has over 35 years of experience in high level commercial and governmental project management and strategic planning, including construction projects as well as business and departmental development.
Ariadna Aston holds the position of project coordinator at mba*, working on projects from initial conception through to completion. She is well experienced in her role and highly diligent, being regularly complimented by clients and contractors for her support through a project's duration. Ari is a conscientious member of the team whose creativity benefits a project's development.
With over 20 years of experience; Adam Snelson fills the role of ensuring that technical standards are kept at a high level within the practice. His experience and knowledge of both traditional and modern building techniques ensures that the mba* designs make it to site as intended, without being lost in translation between concept and construction.
Nicole Jacobs is MBA*'s Office Manager who believes that a robust business support structure plays an important role in delivering an excellent service to our clients. She has established and continues to develop a business support structure that ensures high-quality operations support to the growing architectural team at MBA*. Nicole has ensured that a culture of continuous improvement and shared leadership is found within the very fabric of everything MBA* does
Hannah Pedel is our rising star and works within our office while completing her RIBA Part II qualification. She has a fantastic hand and is responsible for a great deal of presentation work that is vital to explain a scheme to a client.
Russell is a recent graduate bringing with him the latest in 3D communication, Russell Roberts fulfils the role of the Architectural Technologist at mba* with a keen interest in technical detailing, and optimal performance conditions. His skills also lie within 3D BIM modelling, Virtual reality and 2D visualisation, ensuring a clear communication between client and architect.
Nikki holds the position of Architectural Assistant Part II at MBA*. She is a meticulous and reliable member of the team, who strives to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes. Nikki has developed excellent master planning skills and is capable of maximising site value while appreciating statuary guidance.
